Built Around Better Custom Flooring Components

Advanced Millworks is an Arizona-based custom millwork manufacturer serving flooring professionals, contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners. We manufacture stair nosings, treads, chevron and herringbone components, custom parquet, moldings, and specialty pieces for projects that require more than an off-the-shelf part.

Our work developed around a recurring problem in the flooring industry: the floor looked right, but the stair component did not. A separately manufactured and field-finished nosing could vary in color, grain, texture, or sheen from the selected flooring.

Advanced Millworks manufactures nosings from the same prefinished engineered flooring used on the project. That process gives the visible stair edge the flooring's actual factory-finished surface and helps the finished staircase look coordinated with the floor, while maintaining the floors same warranty.

As the company has grown, we have expanded our production space and capabilities to support more nosings, treads, patterns, moldings, and custom milling. We remain focused on clear specifications, careful production, and consistent inspection.
